Option 2:
Consultation (free)
Detailed Full Needs assessment
Detailed Care Plan with detailed report on a rolling basis (emailed via HIPPA compliant email)
Information, Resources, and Referrals as needed
Follow-up case management as needs change
Available within 24 hours for crisis, advocacy and support
