This mini-series is an educational and interactive journey of how to cultivate your own wellness and navigate life stressors that contribute to anxiety, depression, relationships and work-related issues. Join in community with the live Q & A opportunity from a licensed therapist.

Those interested in cultivating their own wellness.
Our wellness series is a month long, focusing on developing skills to address the different weekly topics. Classes meet weekly for 90 minutes. Adults 18 years and older are welcome to join.

The cost of the wellness series is $200.
We take debit or credit card as payment for services. We are a private pay practice and do not accept insurance or MediCal.
