Wellness Club

Urban Health Group’s “Wellness Club” will be hosting free, community wellness activities each month.
Looking for a wellness community to do fun things with? We got you! Join us at San Leandro’s outdoor gym park. There are bodyweight stations to exercise that cover lower, upper, and core exercises. If you follow along the concrete path, there will be individual stations between each other that have pull-up bars, sit-up stations, chained rings, parallel bars, and balance beams. You can walk or run in between stations.

Location
Meet at the south end parking lot at the beginning of the calisthenics park. UHG staff will have tie-dye t-shirts. This event is self-paced, however, we will have a group stretch at 9:15 AM.
