Iesha Brooks, AMFT
Associate Clinical Therapist

I support from the lens of psychodynamic, attachment, and family-systems theories and considers myself an integrative therapist. I have a deep focus towards BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) and other underserved populations, with special interests in perinatal and postpartum mental health.

I aim to support clients looking to embark on a life-changing journey of self-discovery and healing, identify life’s biggest challenges and to discover meaningful connections between past experiences and current issues that are impacting their daily lives.

Our relationship can be a catalyst towards healing, so I will prioritize building a strong rapport to create a safe and trustworthy therapeutic environment. Supporting clients to discover their inner strengths, I utilize culturally competent, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approaches to effectively address your individual needs and goals.

I am dedicated to understanding the intricacies of your unique life experiences and cultural background. My approach to therapy is person-centered, empathetic, and non-judgmental. Clients can expect a compassionate and empowering experience, wherein your strengths are celebrated, and challenges are tackled in a nurturing, supportive and collaborative way.
